Trail Ride

Distance - Two routes - short and long.

Please join the City of West Des Moines' Mayor, Steve Gaer, for a morning of cycling in the City of West Des Moines. Different routes will be available to accommodate all ages and abilities. All routes will start and end at City Hall. (Routes and distances are subject to change.) All registered participants will receive an event t-shirt and a light snack before the start of the ride. Proceeds from the event will be put towards enhancing new and existing trails. 

The event is "Ride at your own risk." All rules and regulations outlined in the West Des Moines, IA City Code, Title 6 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, Chapter 11: BICYCLES shall apply. (www.wdm.iowa.gov)
