Friday- great weather all day long!

A great day for cycling to work!
A great evening for the Tour De Metro!

A great turnout at the downtown YMCA! Thanks to Beggar's Banquet for the tasty breakfast sandwiches!

50-70 cyclists showed up over a two hour period for breakfast downtown. No word yet on the West Des Moines activities.

The Tour De Metro had some great acitvities starting at 5 pm with bands playing into the evening.

Then join us for the Tour De Metro this evening as Bike To Work Week comes to an end!

AMES: The after-work social in Ames will be from 4-7pm at Stomping Grounds, 303 Welch Ave
