Cedar Rapids Vision In Motion and Active Evolution Studio powered by Dr. Fitzgerald & Associates Cinco de Mayo Bike Run Bike is a family friendly race to get out, enjoy some sunshine, spend time with your family and friends, and ride along Cedar Valley Nature Trail! There will be food after the race, games, and lots of fun to be had. You can register at

Proceeds from the event will go toward concussion management among our community. We hope to see you there! 

ALL BIKING AND RUNNING WILL BE DONE ON CEDAR VALLEY NATURE TRAIL.
No roads will be used in this competition.

7:00 AM - 37.1 Mile Beginner & Intermediate Race - 17 mile bike, 3.1 mile run, 17 mile bike
8:00 AM - 18 Mile Race - 8 mile bike, 1 mile run, 8 mile bike
