* BIKEIOWA NOTE: We understand that item #12 will discuss to switch existing regulations into ordinances which are more enforceable with fines and jail time. The regulations include drinking on the trail and High Trestle Bridge and stopping at all trail stop signs in the Boone County sections of the High Trestle Trail.
