Training Ride [Overall]
Distance - approx. 100 miles
Fast road training ride. Hardcore!
If there is a mechanical or flat we can stop, but severely slowing our pace over several hours is not an option. If you are unsure of your ability or need a guide for the area, please choose another ride.
Route
Southwest towards Boone county, north towards Pilot Mound, east back to Story county. We'll cross the Des Moines river 3 or 4 times, where the hills are.
