You've likely heard of the taco ride: the Thursday night bicycle event that runs the Wabash trail in Pottawattamie County, Iowa.

It runs all summer long.

But what about in winter?

The Pottawattamie County Trails Association planned a winter bike bash and Mother Nature certainly cooperated

It's probably not the time of year you'd expect to see dozens of bicyclists out on the trails.

"We only got three miles down it was tough,” one biker said.

But the Pottawattamie County Trails Association said it's perfect.

It's a much different picture than the summertime staple, the taco ride, which brings hundreds to the Wabash trace trail every Thursday.
