MASON CITY | A Mason City man who police say stole a bicycle from a home on the city's southwest side has been arrested.
Jesse Rafael, 20, was charged with felony second-degree burglary.
He's accused in court documents of stealing a blue Raleigh bicycle about 4 p.m. Monday from a home on the 400 block of 21st Street Southwest.
People were present in the building when the bicycle was stolen, police said.
The bicycle was valued at $200-$300.
He remained jailed Tuesday on $10,000 bond.
