This year, the full-spirited will gather in the heart of downtown Des Moines insupport of family, friends and those who have been affected by cancer. Their challenge is the DSM Adventure Race adventure triathlon, consisting of three events: canoeing, trail running, and road cycling.
Teams of two will compete on October 10th, 2015, beginning at 10:00 AM at Water Works Park.
The event benefits Above + Beyond Cancer, a public charity with a mission to elevate the lives of those touched by cancer, and to create a healthier world.
The DSM Adventure Race is among the longest races that takes place inside of a single park.
