On Tuesday, Sept 29th, 31-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez Leyva, had his in-jail arraignment and probation revocation hearing.

Jonathan will remain in jail as the bond was continued. His pre-trial conference is set for Oct 22nd 2015 and hist jury trial is set for Nov 30th 2015.
