Jeffrey Webb is accused of using the High Trestle Trail on a stolen ATV after authorities said he committed a burglary at Van Wall Equipment. Officials said that in another case, a high speed chase on the trail reached speeds of 70 mph. Jeremy Forrestall, 18, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and driving a vehicle on a bike trail. The High Trestle Trail is a bike trail running 25 miles from Ankeny to Woodward. The trail will officially open April 30 and includes a new 13-story high, half mile long bridge.
