West Des Moines, IA Good news folks! The WDM City Council approved funding for a bike master plan, to be completed by Alta Planning & Design. The same company developing a Bicycle Master Plan for Des Moines. Action was at the Nov. 16 council meeting. More info to come as it becomes available.
