Planning is underway for RAGBRAI’s overnight stop in Estherville on July 21^st. One of the biggest challenges is providing places to sleep for the thousands of RAGBRAI riders that will be coming to town. Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lexie Ruter.
