As this year slowly comes to an end, I reflect on yet another incredible journey across the beautiful state of Iowa. There is so much to be thankful for and I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you. Your enthusiasm, camaraderie, and spirit truly embody the essence of RAGBRAI, and it is your passion that makes this event so special.

This year, we witnessed breathtaking scenery but also the connections you formed with people from all 50 states and almost 20 countries. Whether you were navigating the rolling hills, sharing stories at the campgrounds, or enjoying the local hospitality in our host towns, your presence made RAGBRAI 51 one of the best on record.

As we look towards the future, I am thrilled about what lies ahead. Our small but mighty team is continually working to enhance your experience, ensuring that each year brings new opportunities for exploration and connection. Going into our 52nd year, we know that in order to be financially and operationally sound every aspect of this business needs to be reviewed. Our focus is on you, your safety, and the communities that host you. You and the communities are the driving force behind our decisions.
