DMOS Rider is National Time Trials Champion

(June 28, 2005)-Dr. Robert (Bob) Peterson of Marshalltown is the 2005 USA National Time Trial Champion in the 75-79 age group. He won the title June 27 at the USA Cycling national championships held in Park City, Utah. Bob rides for the Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons/ Bike World Race Team. He beat two other riders in his category with a time of 36:33 (20.4 mph)on a hilly 20-kilometer (12.4 mile)course. Bob is also scheduled to race in the USA Cycling national road race championship.
