Bike World in West Des Moines says it's seeing upwards of 20 to 25 customers a day for bike services.
Sales manager David Zimmer told KCCI it's important to get your bike checked at least once a year, and especially before a long bike ride like RAGBRAI.
To make sure everyone has a functioning bike this year, Bike World is putting their mechanics on the road. They'll be at each stop on the route offering help to anyone who needs it.
