Summer is a time for kids to jump on bikes and have the freedom to race around town from dawn until the streetlights come on. In Newton, 16 students have new bikes for the summer thanks to the hard work and the generosity of the community. The Books for Bikes giveaway is this week’s Scholastic Spotlight.
