It is “Support Your Local Bike Shop Week.”
The Iowa Bicycle Coalition visited Albrecht Cycle Shop as part of events this week.
The activities, from promoting shopping locally to building local cycling communities, are meant to highlight cycling.
“We are on a statewide tour with the Iowa Bicycle Coalition of every bike shop across the state of Iowa nearly 99 across the state,” said Luke Hoffman, executive director of Iowa Bicycle Coalition.
