Iowa Attorney General
is receiving MANY complaints regarding the transition and bad practices of the Qwest to MSN transition. and they have a
Complaint Form
. If you have recently transitioned from Qwest to MSN are unhappy with the new service, please fill out the
Complaint Form
. I know there are many others like myself. There are so many issues that we were not told about, as well as the lack of email and web perfomance! We can get something done. (a public sevice announcement provided by a new found MSN HATER !)
