Central Iowa's own Sarah Cooper has biked more miles in 24 hours than any other female.

Sarah Cooper (#SuperCoop) rode her bicycle 479.4 miles in 23 hours and 54 minutes! This is 20 miles more than she did last year. She is now has holds a records of the most miles ever ridden by a female in 24 hours!

How'd she fare against the whole field?
