Party Ride
Distance - Approximately 25 miles each way.
Bike ride to Briar Patch Amphitheater in Bevington, Iowa
Entertainment includes: Dave Zollo and the Body Electric, Antique Fog Cafe, Jacob County and the Damaged Goods, The Dark Royals, Doggomite, The High Crest, and Pony Bucket.
Gates open at 2pm for cyclists, 4pm for cars. Free beer from 2 to 4pm Otherwise, BYOB.
Barbeque will be available.
Camp out and ride back to Des Moines in the morning.
Route
After lunch in From Des Moines, take the Great Western Trail or Highway 28 to Martensdale then west on Highway 92 across I-35 into Bevington. Left at Kum and Go (Warren Ave.), 3/4 mile on right.
