Distance - 26 or 50 miles loops available

The FOURTH ANNUAL Tour de Tivoli bike ride is just around the corner! Once again, you will enjoy our beautiful countryside and challenging, rolling hills. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Danish Windmill grounds, 4038 Main Street, Elk Horn. Plenty parking is available and restrooms are available inside the Windmill. After you register and before the ride begins, you can either enjoy a free Æbleskiver breakfast at the Fire Station or take a tour or shop at the Windmill. DON’T FORGET TO USE YOUR WINDMILL COUPON! Be back at the Mill grounds at 8:45 a.m. for a Group Photo. The official start of the ride will be at 9:00 a.m., if you can make it by the vicious Vikings! The Tour will end back in Elk Horn, where you will enjoy a BBQ meal, which includes side salads, chips, water, pop, locally brewed beer, or Danish Countryside Wine. “Music at the Mill” will keep you entertained while you enjoy your meal and recover after your ride. Available again this year is a one-of-a-kind, classy bike jersey, featuring the 2012 Tivoli Fest Logo & theme “A Burst of Tivoli Fest” The cost of the jersey is less if you order prior to the ride (see prices below). Route

The 26 mile route will take you by Prairie Rose Lake, through Kimballton to visit The Little Mermaid and back into Elk Horn to enjoy our post-ride party. The 50 mile route will be partially riden on the T-Bone Bike Trail and again, end up back in Elk Horn.
