Charity Ride

Distance - Ankeny to Sheldahl is 20 miles

Cycle For Fun is a charity bike ride to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and their research for a cure. The ride is in honor of Andrew Soelberg who is an 11 year old living with this devastating disease. Andrew was diagnosed in 2006. The ride is a great opportunity for avid bikers gearing up for RAGBRAI, as well as families to enjoy a beautiful day riding on a nice trail through central Iowa. Lunch will be served from 11am-1pm at Hawkeye Shelter.

Route

The route begins in Ankeny on the Ankeny to Woodward trail. Riders can go at their own pace and make the ride as long as they like. It is 20 miles from Ankeny to Sheldahl.

Registration
