Mountain Biking (RACE)

Distance - 10 miles mountain bike; 4 mile run

Des Moines' fourth-annual off-road duathlon, hosted by Central Iowa Trail Association and Capital Striders, is a non-profit venture supporting trail development in central Iowa. This is an off-road event on the singletrack Center Trails. We'll have a shortened 'beginner' race and a kids (<12yo) race plus the main event -- 4 miles of trail running and 10 miles of mountain biking. If you're a cyclist but not a runner, consider entering the Relay category with someone who complements your skills. Find a Relay partner at dirtyduathlon.info today!

Races are 90% singletrack -- narrow, twisting dirt trails. Course maps online at www.centraliowatrails.org

Registration

Register Online through Oct. 23 or at the event. On-site registration opens at 10 a.m. Kids (<12 years old) race free.
