Party Ride
Distance - 48mi
Due to the poor weather on June 6th, The Dawgs decided to try it again. July 11th is the date and yes, it is the weekend before Ragbrai. This is a great opportunity to get that last training/party ride in before the week long trek across Iowa.
The ride will again start at Coe's Bar in Bernard. The ride starts at 10:30am but we never seem to leave that early. Coe's is looking into Live music and this will be posted soon. There will be tent and RV camping available and the Dawgs will be setting up the shower for those who need one. The Bars along the route will have food and drink specials and the bus will be set up at the Oasis{Monastarey}. There are always sag vehicles ready to go and for the late arrivals that need to catch up, you can always bike the route in reverse and meet us. The bars went all out for us on June 6th and they promise to do it again. Rain or shine, get off the porch and run with the Dawgs.
