Recap/Results

What a FANTASTIC weekend of cyclocross racing in the Des Moines Metro!

Temperatures were great on Saturday and a bit warmer on Sunday.

271 racers signed up over the two days and 30 raced in more than one race per day.

Stone Park did not disappoint! the race course was 1.5 miles each day and included some steep climbs, off-camber sections, dutch-like letters, zippy downhills, flowy and tight curves and some flat stretches. It was one of the most feature-rich courses the BIKEIOWA RACING TEAM has every put on at the park .

SUPER SPECTATOR FRIENDLY
If you have never been to a cyclocross race, you are missing out! This is FREE entertainment at its best! There is action everywhere and you can watch the race from several vantage points! Kick back for an afternoon and watch cyclocross! Bring lawn chairs and park yourself, or check out the whole course.
