Trail Ride

Distance - 10-mile, 26-mile, or 46-mile round trips

Ride Don’t Hide is an annual, casual bike ride and fundraiser that benefits Employee & Family Resources’ (EFR) mental health and addiction programs. EFR invites cyclists of all levels to join us as we bike to support the vital and life-saving counseling and addiction programs we provide!? 

Check-in, a FREE breakfast, and live music from the Des Moines Radio Group begins at 8 a.m.? The rides kick off at 9 a.m.

Be sure to check out the sponsored stops along your ride! Each stop offers a fun and interactive activity about mental health and EFR's services. Participating in an activity earns you one entry (max of 3 entries with 3 total stops) for a chance to win a GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY!

Route

Three routes are available:

• 10-mile round-trip: from Colby Park to Water Works Park and back
• 26-mile round-trip: from Colby Park to The Cumming Tap and back
• 46-mile round-trip: from Colby Park to Martensdale and back

6/1-6/9: $30
