Cyclocross

Distance - Unknown

One day of cyclocross racing at Coralville's permanent cyclocross course, Creekeside ReUnion Cross. Presented by ReUnion Brewery and Goosetown Racing Club/New Pioneer Food Co-op, with proceeds to benefit Iowa City Cyclocross, co-managers of the new course.

Coralville Creekside Cross offers restrooms, plenty of parking, and concession stand serving food and beverages (Please buy you beer here!).

The course is prairie, farmland, and gravel, with only a short respite of nice turf near the softball fields. A fast flat cement start, but that's about the only flat spot on the course.

Make it 2 days of 'cross racing in the corridor and hit up Bobbers Cross in North Liberty on Sunday Nov. 4

Route

Up the hill, through the sand, down the hill, across the bridge, across the fields, through the barn, past the gate.  Then do it all over again.
