Distance - Approximately 50 miles
Join us on a ride around Mahaska County. Approximately 50 total miles. Paved country roads for the most part. Stop for a picnic at the White Oak Conservation Area just a few mile south of Rose Hill. Some flat and some hilly areas to help train for RAGBRAI.
Route
Starting in Oskaloosa at 9am, riding out Hwy 23, then North on V-13, past the Oskaloosa airport to White Oak Conservation Area for a short picnic. Then on to Rose Hill and continuing North on V-13, turning West onto G-29/170th St. Head West towards Lacey, then South on T-65/Oxford Ave and then South at Nelson Pioneer Farm on Merino Ave, heading back to Oskaloosa.
