Bike Around Sac County (BASC) is coming back to Sac County, Iowa, on August 12, 2017!
This year's route is a 37 mile trek on hard-surface roads that will take riders from Sac City through the towns of Lytton, Auburn, Carnavan, Wall Lake and ending in Lake View.
Registration for the ride will be held between 10:00 and 11:00 am at Chautauqua Park in Sac City. Along the way, riders are encouraged to check out decorated bikes in Lytton and visit local attractions in all of the towns. Upon reaching their destination in Lake View, riders are welcomed to relax at a free concert being held at the town's historic Stone Pier. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the concert and at various businesses along the route.
