Distance - 31-43 miles

Crushed rock. Prairie trail. A little bit of pavement. We've got it all in this mixed surfaces race in, and around, beautiful McFarland Park in Ames, Iowa.  Race or ride, either way you're sure to have fun.  Bring the family to enjoy 200 acres of nature and prairie trails.  Stick around for the post race party at the Story County Conservation Center.  Refuel with FREE BEER, courtesy of Alluvial Brewing Company, and a chili cook off, courtesy of Ames Velo volunteers.  Custom trophies for all first place finishers.  Lots of swag and door prize will have everyone leaving with a smile on their face.  Proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Club of Story County.
