Adventure Race

Distance - Dirty Du Sprint (Solo or Relay) 1 lap of 2.25 miles trail run, then 2 laps of about 6 miles mountain bike. Dirty Du Full (Solo or Relay) 1 lap of 2.25 miles trail run, then 3 laps of about 10 miles mountain bike, then another 1 lap of 2.25 miles trail run

The Des Moines Dirty Duathlon is Central Iowa Trails Association's annual mountain biking/trail running race held at Center Trails at Greenwood Park in Des Moines, Iowa.

100% of the proceeds go towards maintaining and building local singletrack trails in the Des Moines Metro.

Rain date is October 29.

Route

Location: Center Trails at Greenwood Park

The Course: Incorporating professionally built singletrack throughout Greenwood Park in Des Moines, the course takes you through an old growth forest, including super fun, flowy downhill, a creek crossing, and plenty of lung-busting climbing.

Start and Finish is typically near the Jay Spence Shelter at Greenwood Park near Bergman Academy.

Registration

$35 per solo racer.  $60 per relay team.  FREE kids race.  Must register in advance.  NO onsite registration.
