MASON CITY, Iowa – For the second time in less than a week, aNorth Iowa man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a bicycle.

20-year-old Jesse Kenen Rafael of Mason City was taken into custody around 1 pm Saturday after Mason City police responded to a report of a bike stolen from a garage in the 1200 block of Moonstone Court.

Rafael is charged with seconddegree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $10,000 bond.

He was also arrested this past Monday after a witness allegedly saw Rafael entering a garage in Mason Cityand walking out with a bicycle. He was charged with seconddegree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia in that case as well.
