Anyone been about ran over by SNOWDOG?

There is a bunch of folks who have been comparing stories and a red pickup with the vanity license plate of "SNOWDOG" has come up several times.
Apparently whenever the driver of this red truck sees a runner or cyclists he swerves toward them.
At least 8 incidents have been brought up so far.
