A cold and blistery 5th Annual Big Wheel Rally took place in Des Moines on Saturday December 10th. The charity ride raised over $3,000 for The Heart Connection Children's Cancer Program as 50+ Big Wheels cruised Ingersol Ave The Big Wheel Rally has been an event that has grown each year. It's a place where ingenuity and costumes rule the day for a good cause!
