One person was taken to the hospital after a crash in Des Moines Tuesday.
Des Moines police say a cyclist was riding down the sidewalk and did not stop at the intersection of Second Avenue and University Avenue. The cyclist hit the side of the truck and the bicycle was lodged underneath a truck following the wreck.
Police say the cyclist was not seriously hurt.
