The 23rd Annual Big Creek Bike Fest is geared for riders of all kind, whether you're interested in a light family ride for 12 miles or a more challenging ride for 40 miles. Registration for the ride kicks off at 12 pm at the Polk City Square and will be open until 4 pm. Take a break at the Big Creek marina for a bug exhibit and rain simulator tank sponsored by Polk County Conservation and then 12 mile riders will head back to the square. 40 milers ride on with a break a sponsored break at Firetrucker Brewery, where they'll get ride-exclusive drink specials. Head back to the square for live brew demonstrations by Ankeny Area Brew Club, samples of Firetrucker Brewery's latest and greatest craft beers and live music kicking off at 4 pm!
