Every Wednesday evening this summer, Cheryl and Katherine will be hosting a weekly ride for women who want to learn how to mountain bike, want to get better at mountain biking, want to explore new trails, or just want to ride with other women.
All skill levels are encouraged to come ride! You just need a mountain bike, a helmet, and a desire to have fun.
We will make sure no one gets lost and that everyone has support to try new things that they choose.
We plan to meet at a variety of local (DSM area) trails to get lots of experience. Keep checking Facebook and BikeIowa.com for updates. Locations may change due to weather and trail conditions.

Weather Information
We know there is a chance the trails might not be ready for us Wednesday no matter how ready we are for the trails. :-(
The good news is that the next three weeks—April 2, April 9, and April 16—we are meeting at the Ashworth Pool parking lot, and there is a grassy field nearby. If the trails are too wet, we will still meet. We will just practice skills in the grass instead. :-)
So, yes, we are really, really committed to getting together and practicing on our bikes. We can’t wait to see you. :-)
However, if it is raining or has been raining on Wednesday—April 2, April 9, and April 16—we will cancel. :-(
