Gregory Maassen is biking across the country on his E-bike to raise awareness and draw attention to the needs of those suffering from Peripheral Neuropathy.
It's a disease that impacts the daily lives of more than 30 million Americans.
Maassen said he will bike 4,000 miles as he travels from Washington DC to the San Francisco Bay Area.
He said it took him three years to learn of his condition and some doctors don't have the knowledge to recognize it.

So far Gregory has raised almost $50,000. He said his goal will now increase to $100,000. Each dollar donated matters because each goal met will be matched by a sponsor.
