RAGBRAI, The Register's annual great bicycle ride across Iowa, is coming back to Waterloo for the first time since 2010.
Waterloo Mayor, Quentin Hart, and Tavis Hall, Executive Director of Experience Waterloo, stop by the KWWL Studios to talk about the preparations already well underway.
