Western Iowa Tech wins biking award
One Siouxland college was the recipient of a special award Friday.
Western Iowa Tech was honored with SIMPCO's Bike Friendly Employer Award.
SIMPCO cites WIT's lighted bike racks, indoor cycling, and a trail to a lake on campus among the reasons for the school's win.
This is the third year of the award.
It has previously been given to Wells Dairy and Crary Huff Law Firm.
