The Cyclocross Mafia presented by the DMOS/Mortgage Solutions Bike Racing Team will be hosting a cyclocross clinic on Tuesday, September 14 @ Union Park at 5.30pm. This first practice for the upcoming six-race Iowa Cyclocross Series will focus on the basics of training and racing cyclocross. Expect group and individual instruction at stations covering mounting, dismounting, carrying techniques, flat barriers, run-ups, and race starts. Following the clinic, weekly practices will be at Union Park on Tuesdays at 5.30pm and locations to be announced on Thursdays. Of course, if you are not able to attend the clinic, we will still be glad to teach you about CROSS!
