Sarah Cooper of Urbandale was able to complete a 500-mile bike race in the Appalachian Mountains last weekend.
Cooper not only completed the race, but broke the course record by 11 hours.
She joined the 4 p.m. WHO-HD newscast to discuss the race and her love for cycling.
