Davenport Parks and Rec is closing the Duck Creek Recreational Trail from Eastern Avenue to Kimberly Road.
Last night'screek flooding has frozen over and with the colder
temperatures it may be a while before it thaws enough to provide crews
an opportunity to clean this portion of the trail.
City staff will be closing the trail immediately. Barricades and signs will be put in place to alert the public.
