Dallas County road R-22 is scheduled to be closed between Booneville and I-80 starting April 15 through August 2013. The road will be torn out about a mile south of I-80 for box culvert replacement. There is no good bike detour. Hopefully construction will finish early.
Also, I-35 southbound reconstruction is expected to close the southbound exit/entrance ramps at Grand Avenue during part(s) of the summer. Grand Avenue under I-35 should remain open except for a few night time closures. Bike traffic should not be affected.
