CITA's Dirty Duathon is back for 2022!  Race Format is slightly different this year.  There will be NO relay category.  You will have the option to Trail Run, Mountain Bike or do both (Dirty Duathlon).  If you register for the Dirty Duathlon we will combine your time for the event places.  

Take your pick of Sprint or Full race distances.  

Sprint distances are: 
1 run lap
2 bike laps

Full distances are:
2 run laps
4 bike laps

Juniors will race Sprint distances.
