Criterium

Distance - PANCAKE FLAT 1.8mile/2.9km loop

• The August event will run in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION of the other 2 events(!) - we're gonna mix it up!
• All field limits have been increased to USAC recommended limits as COVID related caps have been lifted.
• The Pro/1/2/3 race has been lengthened to 80 minutes plus 2 laps.
• U23 division in Pro/1/2/3 is now limited to Category 1/2/3 only.
• We are adding primes and prizes for all categories
• U23 riders will qualify for an additional prize list and podium. U23 riders do no need to register for an additional race - the U23 prizes and podium are in addition to the Womens and Mens Pro 1-3 prizes and podiums.
• We will have a Open Juniors field at 9:50am but we will have a separate Juniors 15-16 and 17-18 podiums from that race.
• All riders are required to wear helmets whenever on a bike.
• All USA Cycling Rules Apply
• Juniors subject to rollout
• Racers must present a valid USA Cycling license at Registration or will be required to purchase a $10 one-day (Novice Men and Women) or $100 annual license ($50 Novice). Junior annual licenses are free.
• Parent or guardian of those under 18 will be required to sign standard release form or one day license, no exceptions
• Women are welcome to enter races not designated as women’s including Masters races per USA Cycling guidelines
• Event will be held rain or shine
• If you cannot attend for a COVID related reason we will REFUND your entry fee!! Email promoter!
• EQUAL PRIZE LIST for Women's Open and Pro 1-3: $600 cash over 5 places
• Wheel pit: wheels in=wheels out. Remember to pickup wheels. Due to length of course riders only get 1 free lap. Free laps end with 3 laps to go.
• There will be portable toilets and a public restroom by registration - no public urination or public exposure!
• No warming up on course while races are in progress; we are next to a number of bike paths use them!
• There is parking near course in Water Works Park

• $35 - Pre-registration is on Bikereg.com and closes End of Day THURSDAY 8/12/2021 (11:59pm Central) PLEASE PRE REG!!

• Day of event registration payable via cash or check with $10 fee (no late fee for Juniors and Women's 9:10am race).
• Additional races are $20 per race. This also applies to women racing the 9:10am race who want to race Womens Open at 3:15pm and juniors who wish to race in their category. Juniors may do additional junior races for $5.
