Trail Ride

Check-in at 12:30 PM 

Ride at 1:00 PM

 

• Start at the Waveland Clubhouse at Waveland Golf Course, head out to the Northeast, go to Captain Roy’s, make your way through downtown to Mullet’s, and then head west to the Foundry Distillery, once you are finished there, return to the Waveland Clubhouse.
• Bike at your own pace through Des Moines to enjoy the trails and parks! (shortest route - skip the park stops and the jaunt to the Foundry Distillery - but you'll miss out on a signature drink)
• Check out the bike route: Short Route: HERE Long Route: HERE  
• Parks along the route: Beaverdale Park,  McHenry Park, Union Park, MacRae Park, Grays Lake Park, Waterworks Park, and Glenwood Park.
• Trails along the route: Woodland Trail, Inter Urban Trail, Neal Smith Trail, Meredith Trail, Kruidenier Trail, Bill Riley Trail, and Walnut Creek Trail.
• Each biker will receive $5 Trail Bucks to spend at each pit stop along the route: Captain Roy's, Confluence and The Distillery.
• Social Media Photo Contest along the way for prizes
