River Products is once again proud to honor the memory of Chris Lillig through the Chris Lillig Memorial Cup. Chris was tragically killed by a drunk driver while on a training ride south of Iowa City in 1996. The Memorial Cup will be awarded to the winners of the Old Capitol Criterium Women's P1/2/3 and Men's P/1/2 races.

The Iowa City  race weekend is the second stop on the 2018 Iowa Memorial Cup Race Series. The series focuses on connecting racing, bicycling advocacy and communities to improve cycling safety and showcase Iowa racing.
