Officials involved with the Iowa River Trail project received good news recently, when the Hardin County Board of Supervisors officially approved a federal aid agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation.
That agreement concerns a federal recreation trails project in the amount of $247,000. That application was applied for in the fall of 2016, but was not awarded until now.
