Next
year will be an exciting time at Whiterock Conservancy as we begin
construction on 35 miles of new trails. This trail system will allow
people of all ages and physical abilities to safely explore the variety
and richness of our irreplaceable Iowa river-valley land, the diversity
of our plant and animal life, and to learn about land conservation and
sustainable farming.
But to start the year strong, we need
your support now.
Whiterock relies on the support of individuals like you to fund our
prairie and oak savannahs restoration work, demonstrate sustainable
agriculture and complete the trail construction. Whiterock
Conservancy was founded as a non-profit to protect this diverse
landscape and provide inspiration, recreation and education to
generations of Iowan’s. I hope you will join me by
supporting Whiterock during this time of significant growth.
Happy New Year from all of us at Whiterock Conservancy. We look forward to seeing you in 2014.
